Silver Iolite Gemstone Bracelet
Iolite is nicknamed 'water sapphire' for its rich, purple-blue shade. It is the symbol of clear vision and is believed to help with guidance and intuition. Iolite is used to help recover a lost sense of balance. It promotes a calm, positive state of mind, instills hope, and assists in decisions on how to proceed. It gives the emotional distance needed for a clearer perspective.
The phrases engraved on our bracelets are used in cognitive-behavioral therapy to remind us that when we stop resisting those feelings of anxiety, we can actually find some relief.

Silver Iolite Gemstone Bracelet
Made in Rhode Island
We are proud to partner with a jewelry manufacturer in the U.S. to help make our dream become a reality.
The bracelets are fully manufactured in Rhode Island and then shipped off to our "headquarters" in Long Island where we package them up for you.
Shipped from Long Island
We are working towards keeping a large inventory in stock so we can ship next day to you. But, because we are just beginning our journey, keeping up with that inventory is taking a little longer than expected.
Currently, our processing times may be around 2 weeks and shipping time is usually 2-3 days. We know it's not "prime" speed, but we truly believe it's worth the wait.
We pride ourselves on being super transparent. If your order is taking a little longer than you expected, just reach out to us and we'll give you an accurate update on the status of your bracelet.
If you are looking to purchase a gift for someone and are hoping to get it by a certain date, please feel free to let us know so we can try our best to get it to you in time.

Because of the stigma that still exists around mental illness, we are not properly taught how our mind works, how it breaks, and how it heals.
Most of us have experienced some sort of anxiety at a very early age, but because nobody talks about it, it’s not something we easily recognize until we’re all grown up and start to realize that life is really, really hard. The good news is, it’s never too late to learn how to take care of our mind, even when we feel it’s out of our control.
And with that, two sisters with OCD and anxiety (yes, it runs in the family) decided it was time to share their journey with the world.
Presently bracelets bear affirmations that use a cognitive behavioral approach to teach us how to shift our own thoughts and disrupt the unproductive thought spirals that consume so many of us. The less time we spend fueling our anxiety, the more room we have to notice the beauty of the present moment.
Why We're Different
Because of the stigma that still exists around mental illness, we are not properly taught how our mind works, how it breaks, and how it heals. The good news is, it’s never too late to learn how to take care of our mind.
We’re not like other brands. We're not here to sell “good vibes only.” We’re here to remind you to embrace all of yourself — the good, the bad, and the in-between. When we allow ourselves to experience life authentically, we can learn to better cope with difficult situations.
